relatively quiet... (pm.27.feb.11)>

quite a bit of variety today, weatherwise... with a good amount of sun along with some nasty clouds during the noon hour and even a couple of brief, light rain/sleet/snow showers during the early afternoon.  our high temp was only 48.2F (9C), with less than 1mm of precipitation.

the way things look at the moment, tomorrow will be another relatively quiet day, although we'll have some clouds around.  our super-fast jet stream carrying upper-level disturbances from the middle east into central and south asia will remain active, and that means we'll see more inclement weather as we approach the middle of the week.  wednesday and thursday currently hold the potential to be the most cloudy and rainy days of the next several... but the timing could vary, so stay tuned.

temps should warm up slightly during the next 48 hours... but then plateau or even cool off again for the rest of the week...
