november niceness... (am.17.nov.11)>

our dawn sky is 100% clear this morning.  i've recorded an overnight low of 50.9F (10.5C)... the low temps the past three nights have been the coolest of the season thus far.  humidity this morning is 55%.

our weather pattern remains pretty much the same -- dead calm.  even the flow in the upper atmosphere has calmed down in the past 24 hours or so, as a high pressure ridge in the mid- and upper-levels begins to build.  things are looking quiet and stable as we approach the weekend, with lots of sunshine expected, along with the usual afternoon clouds, mainly over the mountains.  but... there are indications that even that daily phenomenon my be overtaken by sunshine just a little more, day by day.

this period of cool weather we've been in the midst of for the past several days will also likely give way to a bit of a warming trend.  it looks like we could be back well above normal for mid-november by sunday or monday.
