spring storm system... (am.04.mar.12)>

We've got ourselves a totally overcast Sunday morning. My low temperature, which occurred around 6:30am was 54.7F (12.6C)... that's the mildest of the season.  There has been no rainfall here at my place on Tushita Road overnight.

Clouds have developed rapidly in the last several hours, in response to the approaching upper-level storm system which will be moving into northern Pakistan today and tonight.  Conditions will become gradually more favorable for a round or two of showers and thunderstorms during the coming 12-24 hours, with some locally moderate to heavy amounts possible.  It's going to be one of those days when we could also see some periods of sun... so just be aware that things are a bit volatile, and be prepared to seek shelter in a hurry if things go bad on us.

Rainfall potential will drop gradually during Monday... but the weather pattern looks like it is going to remain unsettled for much of the coming week, which will keep the mention of a few scattered showers and/or thundershowers in the forecast.  Temperatures will be mild for the next few days... very close to where they should be this time of year...
